Hi, it's me! This section of the website is for my own personal commentary on the Eventing season.
Feel free to read my ramblings below to gain an insight on what it's like to ride professionally.

Bank Holiday Sunday saw Dick (Megastar), Henry (Bournston Highland Charm) and me up in Cheshire at the beautiful park around Henbury Hall. Conditions were great and now that the ?Aussie boys? are finally getting used to our climate, their performances are starting to show the consistency that we need.
I am really happy with how my riding relationship with both these horses is developing, and maybe they will step nicely into the shoes that Syd and Percy wore so well for me!
Henry performed an OK dressage in his Intermediate class, followed by clear showjumping and then a steady cross country, which still gave him a good 8th place. This was his last run before we head over to Ireland and the CCI** at Necarne.
I was equally pleased with Dick. An improving dressage, followed by a faultless double clear in the Open Intermediate. He is well on track for the CCI*** in Boekelo in October.
I went back with Acheron in the Novice on Bank Holiday Monday. I was really happy with his early morning dressage and he was unlucky to have three down in the showjumping ? very bright early morning sun reflecting off the treble, and they all went! Great run cross country again, and Ash is definitely one for the future!
PS Hope you like the picture? By the look on my face, I could be on the log flume at Alton Towers!

A log flume that drops over an 8ft fence into water would be excellent!
