This was a first time out for the Aussie boys, so an Open Novice introduction to british eventing was perfect. Dick and Henry both showed me what they are capable of, and the areas I need to work on. Needless to say they both jumped easily round showjumping and cross country.
Joey gave me a beautiful ride in all three phases, just an unlucky moment when we had a slip behind on a sharp turn in the showjumping, leaving in ?no man?s land? over the combination. Very frustrating!!!
I achieved everything I hoped for first time out this season, with all the horses running well. Thanks Buntines and team for a great event.
